FAQ

Do you offer customized doors?

Absolutely! While we showcase finished doors, the power to fully customize your door is in your hands. We provide turn-key solutions for personalized solid wood doors, including factory finishing and installation.

What shipping options are available?

We offer International Shipping. For orders within Ontario, our Timber Door truck handles the delivery. Outside Ontario, shipping is arranged through a carrier truck. The estimated arrival time for your door depends on the shipping address.

How long does it take to produce a door after i place an order?

The production time for each door is unique and depends on factors like design complexity and material availability. As each door is crafted to be distinctive, the finishing time varies accordingly.

What wood species do you use?

We work with a wide range of wood species, excluding those protected under the endangered species act. Popular choices include Cedar, Mahogany, Clear Pine, Knotty Pine, and Red Oak.

How do i determine my door opening size?

Measure the width horizontally in three places: near the top, middle, and bottom of the opening. Then, measure the height vertically on the right side, middle, and left side.

Also, measure the thickness of your wall or the depth of existing jambs, taking measurements near the top, middle, and bottom.

Choose the smallest width and height, and the largest thickness. These become your exterior dimensions and jamb depth, representing the maximum size for a proper fit in your opening.
